How do I add an appliance?

Tap the + button on the dashboard. Take three quick photos: the appliance label, the serial number, and the invoice (or warranty card). Add a purchase date and the warranty length, and you’re done.

How do I get warranty reminders?

Reminders are scheduled automatically when you enter a warranty end date. You’ll get notifications 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry, plus on the day itself. Adjust timing in Settings → Notifications.

Where is my data stored?

Everything is stored on your device. If you enable cloud backup in Settings, the app uses your own iCloud or Google Drive account — we never see this data.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → Delete All Data, or uninstall the app to remove everything from the device.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All core features work without an internet connection. Cloud backup (optional) requires connectivity to upload to your own iCloud/Drive.

Which countries / regions are supported?

The app interface is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, and Arabic. Brand support phone numbers are currently US-focused; international support is planned.
